If your instructions include
Yards rather than square feet,
Because hides are an irregular shape and are measured in square
feet versus linear yards for fabric,
this table is provided to assist you in converting from yards of
fabric to square footage of leather
required to upholster an article of furniture.
when purchasing our leather you can convert the yards as
follows:
1 YD. = 18 Sq.Ft.
2 YDS. = 36 Sq.Ft.
3 YDS. = 54 Sq.Ft.
4 YDS. = 72 Sq.Ft.
5 YDS. = 90 Sq.Ft.
6 YDS. = 108 Sq.Ft.
